My wife and I discussed the upgrading of our electrical panel with Jarod Turner of Turner Electric Services in the fall of 2015. Our current electrical panel was in desperate need of replacement. During the discussion, we mentioned the plan for eventually adding a “whole house” generator. Jarod advised us that for a minor increase in cost we could install a generator ready electrical panel. So we requested a proposal for a complete generator setup as well as a generator panel. The price for the generator was reasonable and it was the option chosen.
Turner Electric Services prepared background information for the permit, obtained the permit from the City, installed the electrical panel with minimal interference with house power and installed the generator. They readily resolved the few minor issues that came up after construction. The generator exercises itself weekly and is not loud as could be expected. We am completely satisfied with their work and the products they recommended for this generator installation.
